Association of Career Management Firms
Professional personal counselling and career development of managers by Assessment, Coaching or Outplacement require an adequate infrastructure, clear ethical principles and qualified training and leadership qualities of the coaches employed.
As the fulfillment of these prerequisites cannot be taken for granted, several companies regarding themselves as quality providers have formed an Austrian chapter of ACF.
Objectives of the Association
- have the market recognise its members as quality providers to facilitate selection decisions
- function as contact point for authorities and other public bodies with respect to the above mentioned services
- further international cooperation by close ties with ACF-Europe and globally with ACF International.
Member firms excel by
- showing a minimum expertise of five years
- featuring Outplacement as major offering in their services portfolio
- providing a modern office infrastructure for clients in the programmes
- offering a choice of several consultants to each client
- auditing counselling success and publishing the relevant statistics on a regular basis
- confirming that the companies and their consultants distance themselves from scientology.
